A word
Finally the finished cd is on its way, the journey has been long and painful, yet rewarding in many ways. Like you have to stop the spinning wheel and ask yourself what you're doing, why you are doing it and what purpose does it have.
We know that five years in between releases are almost the same as launching a new band. We can't expect anything from the past, we have to see this as a new beginning, a new dawn, to start building for the future. Of course the material and the mix is old to us, hopefully it will not sound too old to you, trends and fashion in the music business change swiftly but the core should always stay the same.....the love and passion in making music. As we are Christians believing in Jesus Christ and God to be the maker of all, also the music, we for some odd reason believe this album to have a purpose beyond our instant human instincts, selling albums, earning money, getting famous etc.
We keep the path of the holy and strive to make the world see what difference a life with God can do. On this cd, sure some of the songs are not all through happy and that's a point as well. As a Christian you don't get the benefit of not seeing the dark sides of living, if that now would be a benefit, but as a Christian you live your life, in the best scenario, in harmony with the maker of all, now....that's a benefit worth talking about, but we will let you do some digging yourself as we know shoving the word of God down your throat wont do any good, right? We totally respect your beliefs and how you came to the conclusions that you base your faith on.
We're still certain that the world would be a better place if all were Christians, as the bible teaches that is. So anyway, thanks for tuning in and checking out the site, our wish is to keep in touch with you and hopefully we can manage that, by mail, by live appearances etc.
